Councilman Hood moves up from his previous position as Vice President and replaces Councilman Mike Williams who led the Council during 2012.

At the same meeting, the Council selected Bobby Martin to serve as Vice President. In this capacity, Councilman Martin will handle the Presidential chores in the absence of the President.

Both Councilmen told the Council that they appreciate the support shown to them by each of their selections by a unanimous vote.
