      <description><![CDATA[HAMMOND---A blanket of lights fill the trees in Zemurray Park, transforming a piece of Hammond into a Winter Wonderland, as City planners present the annual &quot;Holiday Nights, Christmas Lights&quot; celebration beginning this Saturday night.
 
Mayor Mayson Foster said the holiday spirit is never more evident in Hammond than inside the gates of Zemurray Park's magical celebration of light and holiday music.
 
&quot;Christmas is a time for hope, and this year, the City of Hammond celebrates the gift of hope by welcoming all of southeast Louisiana to our annual lighting display,&quot;  Foster said.]]></description>
